Refund policy

You have the legal right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by using the attached withdrawal form).

For returns within Germany:
Please use the enclosed DHL return label. Attach the label to the sealed package and drop it off at any DHL collection point.

For returns outside Germany:
Please send an email to kontaktATpurschoen.de. We will send you a UPS return label by email. Attach the label to the sealed package and drop it off at a UPS collection point.
